    SERVING SUGGESTION: 

    Black Ginger Powder:  Mix 1 level spoon into coffee, juice, tea or anything else, twice a day.


    Black Ginger Capsules:  Take 3-4 Capsules per day. Split between morning and night. Can be taken with or without food.

    Butea Superba: Take 2 Capsules per day on an empty stomach. This can be split between AM/PM as preferred.

    Tongkat Ali: Take 2 Capsules per day with food and a glass of water. This can be split between AM/PM as preferred.
    NOTE: Tongkat must be cycled, 5 days on, 2 days off.  When taken as directed, it will last approx. 6 weeks.

    I’m a fit and healthy 52 year old man. I eat mostly plant based foods. Over the years, ED was creeping up and it played on the self confidence.
